What to Expect During Your Free Consultation Visit

Did you know Living Well Balanced offers free introductory consultations? If you’re looking to reduce your pain, lose weight, eat better, or just live a healthier life, we’d love to sit down and have a conversation with you about how we can help. Here’s what you can expect during your Free Consultation Visit with either Dr. Ankur Prakash or any of the doctors here at Living Well Balanced.

When it comes to a consultation with one of our doctors, there is never a charge—whether it takes 5 minutes or 30 minutes to ascertain your goals. Our responsibility is to figure out what’s going on with you, how we can be of service, and what are your goals today, versus your near-term or long-term goals.

Our main objective during the consultation is understanding your needs. Some people are interested on improving their flexibility, there are others that are interested in improving their posture, some for reducing their pain, or others interested in getting fit.

After we determine what your goals are, we will make recommendations for your specific needs. Based on your conversation with us, we will determine which of our exams is right for your next visit. That exam could be as simple as a 30-minute flexibility assessment, it could be a 30-minute fitness assessment, or it could be an hour long nutritional assessment with our one of our nutritional therapists. It even could be a posture and stiffness assessment with one of our chiropractors.

So depending on your needs and what you are looking to get out of our relationship, we’ll focus that exam completely custom tailored to you. We will let you know what that exam will cost depending on what your situation calls for. After we make a detailed assessment, we create a personalized program to help you achieve your goals.
