At your first session we discuss your history, health, and goals. We also perform a flexibility analysis to learn your body and what areas we need to work on. Within your massage session we use several different techniques to loosen and relieve the muscle to allow it to heal, restore function, and decrease discomfort. Our massage therapists take pride in our transparency and we encourage open communication throughout the session to keep you comfortable. Not only do we include relaxation techniques to reduce stress, but we will use our advanced training to correct chronic issues and provide results for a better you.
