We use the InBody Body Composition Analyzer, a NASA-certified technology to analyze body fat and lean muscle mass in your arms, legs and trunk — every section of the body is accounted for! This cutting edge technology allows us to measure your Percent Body Fat, Lean Body Mass, how water is distributed between intracellular and extracellular environments, and measures how much true muscle mass is being built. The InBody technology allows our Trainers to design a workout program for your specific body composition and body type.
In fact, we can even measure if muscle is being built more on one side of the body than the other, and then focus on a fitness regimen to strengthen the weaker side to bring your muscles into balance. Once we have established a baseline body composition for your body, combined with an in-depth consultation about medical history, our personal trainers design a fitness plan you will stick with by setting specific, realistic, goals to work with your lifestyle. Your customized workout plan will offer you the maximum health benefit in the minimum amount of time.
